Hey friends, it’s Quick Tip Tuesday where I answer a quick question submitted by you my dear podcast listeners. If you have a question you’d like me to answer on a Quick Tip Tuesday episode, just go to my website, Angel swan.com/quick tip and submit your question. Today’s quick tip Tuesday is brought to you by a fellow listener of the podcast Rachel, Rachel Sunday her own quick tip and I thought it was so brilliant I just had to share. So in Episode 15, I gave you a rundown of the things you need to start cloth diapering and stick with it. One of the things that is like a hang up for most people with cloth diapers is like, but what do you do with the poop? Isn’t that nasty? Like what do you do when you’re not at home to rinse out the diaper? Well, friends, Rachel recommended this to me and I love it so much. And I’m going to put it out there. So if you’re nervous about using cloth diapers while you’re out and about, you can use these things called Bamboo diaper liners which catch the poop, so it doesn’t create a huge mess in the diaper for you to carry around all day. I’ll put an affiliate link to the liners that I’m talking about in the episode description. So if you want to buy them, you can get them straight off of Amazon. Now I will say these liners work best for babies who are older and have like started solids. So if your baby’s exclusively breastfed or bottle fed, their poop is gonna be liquidity and it might soak they’re like through the liner. So it’s probably best to use the liner to catch those semi solid to solid poops. The trick with the liners is like bait. So what a liner is is like it goes between your baby’s butt in the diaper. So you basically like have the diaper open, you lay the liner down and then you diaper up your baby as you would. The trick is you fold the liner in such a way that it doesn’t touch the edges of the diaper. If the liner touches the edge of the diaper like like it’s up against the seam of the the leg of your diaper is going to leak. So just be careful to fold it just right. And you should be good to go. That that’s it really, who would have thought that I would have two Quick Tip Tuesday episodes about poop right in a row. It’s just a mom thing, I guess, right? We’re always dealing with poop all the time. All right. If you’ve listened this far to my podcast, and you haven’t taken one minute to leave me a review on Apple podcasts, would you just go and do that for me today? If I’ve helped you in any way, if you’ve learned something new, the best way to support the show is to leave me a five star rating and or a written review. It just takes a minute of your time but it makes a huge impact on my day and on the day of another mom who found my podcast because you took the time to leave a review. And that’s all for today’s Quick Tip Tuesday. Thank you so much for listening. I’ll talk to you soon. Bye bye
